Integrated Health Projects (IHP) is a leading provider of outstanding healthcare solutions for almost 20 years.
As an established integrated alliance, IHP combines the stability, capacity, coverage and experience of Vinci Building UK and Sir Robert McAlpine. Both are major organisations working in the UK and abroad, focused on development, construction and facilities management.
IHP was formed in April 2003, specifically to act as a principal supply chain partner (PSCP) for the UK Government’s ProCure21 NHS capital Framework and we have secured a place on all subsequent iterations including the current ProCure 23 and Building for Wales frameworks, whilst also supporting the delivery of National Hospital Programme Cohorts 1 and 2.
We have been appointed on over 200 projects with a value in excess of £3bn for 90 NHS clients and we are proud that 85% of our work is secured through repeat business with existing or former clients.
We are committed to achieving excellence for NHS clients, working with them to provide best value for money through imaginative and sustainable solutions which offer capital, operational and life-term efficiencies. IHP are pioneers in standardisation and delivering low carbon solutions across the building lifecycle.
As well as a fully integrated supply chain experienced in all facets of healthcare, we bring to every project the technical expertise, robust cost control and programme management skills needed to safely deliver good value, high-quality facilities on time and within budget. We are also able to draw on a wide knowledge-base to address the specific requirements of each NHS client to deliver world-class healthcare facilities for patients and staff.
